Terms of Service

Last updated: October 4, 2026

1. The service

AA Signals ("we", "the Service") provides algorithmic crypto trading signals through a paid API at signals.brobotapp.com. Access is purchased per request using the x402 protocol. By calling the API or submitting payment, you agree to these terms.

2. Not financial advice

Signals are automated, informational outputs generated by software. They are not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and are not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Crypto assets are highly volatile and you may lose some or all of your capital. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. No guarantees

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty regarding accuracy, profitability, uptime, latency, or fitness for any purpose. Past signal performance does not indicate future results. Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong.

4. Payments

Each request costs the amount stated in the HTTP 402 response, currently $0.05 USDC on Base. Payments settle on-chain and are final. Because each payment is tied to a single delivered request, refunds are not offered except where required by law. You are responsible for network fees and for sending payment from a wallet you control.

5. Acceptable use

Don't abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass payment on the Service, and don't use it for unlawful activity. We may rate-limit or block traffic that degrades the Service for others.

6. Redistribution

You may use signals in your own trading systems and agents. Reselling or republishing raw signal output as a competing feed requires our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the requests giving rise to that claim.

8. Changes

We may update pricing, supported symbols, or these terms at any time. Current pricing is always the amount returned in the 402 response. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
